Reading with Grandma

Reading is a bit past time in our home. I try to limit videos to Saturday morning, so that leaves a lot of time for other fun. Grandma was a big help this past week in reading to the kids. I've got quite a few books from my childhood that she got to revisit with the kids. One of my favorites is 900 Buckets of Paint by Edna Becker. It is a lovely story. My great aunt Jane gave it to me when I was a child. I love it when people write inscriptions on books that are given as gifts. It is a wonderful memento of that time period in one's life.

We took one last photo of Grandma and the grandkids before heading off to airport this morning. We will miss her!
